Dominga Ybarra is Administrative Assistant to the Senior Care Manager and President of Personal Home Care, Sharon Moore. Dominga joined the PHC team in August 2013. Her main goal and focus is to assist in case management services, office management and employee documentation management.

Dominga formerly worked various years as a CNA in nursing homes and assistant living facilities. She understands the importance of picking a superior in home care provider and what that arrangement means to PHC clients and their families. She wants to continue her education at Chemeketa Community College in Business Management. She has taken business administrative classes to better insure, professional care, safety and confidentiality to PHC clients and their personal information.
